Introduction
These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the marketing of Yoga and Pilates classes and events on the My Yoga Training website. They are irrevocably accepted by the customer before any subscription. They govern all the steps necessary for the subscription and its follow-up between the contracting parties. The general terms and conditions of sale are subject to change at any time. They then apply to orders placed after they are posted online.
MYT Concept
The My Yoga Training Studio offers three areas of activity:
MYT is a Yoga and Pilates Studio offering a wide range of practices for the whole family and event planning.

MYT is a Wellness Studio where practitioners welcome you to take care of you.

MYT is an Indian Charity and Wellness Boutique.

Access to the MYT Website
Access to the website is free and open to any user with internet access. All costs related to access are the sole responsibility of the user. They are solely responsible for their own computer equipment and connection. The website is accessible 24/7. However, MYT reserves the right, without notice or compensation, to temporarily or permanently close the website or access to one or more remote services. MYT is not liable for any damages of any kind that may result from these changes and/or from temporary unavailability or permanent closure of all or part of the website and associated services. MYT reserves the right to supplement, modify, or delete, at any time, the platform and/or one or more services available therein, in particular based on technological developments.

Reservations Required
Reservations are required on the website or by contacting Mélanie directly by email or telephone. Without a reservation, you may be refused access to the Studios, Yoga/Pilates, and Wellness. It is possible to book sessions in advance, up to one year in advance. Late reservations can be made on the website or by contacting Mélanie directly. In the event of a capacity conflict, priority is given to students who have booked their session. No reservations will be made through teachers outside of their class hours at MYT. Please do not disturb them by contacting them directly and personally.
Secure Payments
MYT has entrusted its payment system to BNP Paribas. Payments are made by bank transfer. Simply enter the Studio's bank details once and you can then make your payments instantly.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of Article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal for the purchase of leisure activities.
Delivery
All online purchases for Studios will be confirmed by email. All online purchases for the Boutique will be confirmed by email and will incur an additional charge for shipping, packaging, and, if necessary, insurance.
Billing

Physical Practice of Postures and Health
Clients/students must check with their doctor to ensure they have no adverse effects on the practice of Yoga/Pilates. A medical certificate is not required. A medical waiver will be included on the registration form. MYT cannot be held liable for any accidents resulting from failure to follow safety instructions, particularly those given by instructors, or from improper use of equipment.
Commercial Offer
Price

The price for class purchases is listed on the website and is available at the studio. The price is displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes. All purchases, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros. Prices include the VAT applicable on the day of the order, and any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price indicated on the website. Upon confirmation of the customer's purchase, the total purchase amount will be displayed (including VAT) in euros.
Payment by bank transfer from the website or by check/cash at the studio.

Schedule
MYT reserves the right to modify its schedule at any time. The schedule is available on the website: www.myyogatraining.fr
Subscription Cards
Subscription cards are non-refundable, personal, and valid only for the period subscribed. The end date cannot be changed. The card is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase for 10-class subscriptions and 1 year for 30-class subscriptions.

If paying for subscription cards in installments, checks must be submitted at the beginning of the subscription. They will be cashed one month apart.
Reservation Cancellation
Cancelling your reservation for a weekly class
To optimize the teachers' schedule, ensure efficient organization of sessions, and respect for everyone, cancellation of the reservation must be made as soon as possible by contacting Mélanie via the website, by email, or by phone. It is possible to modify or cancel a reservation up to 12 hours before the class. After this deadline, the class will be charged or due.
If an online payment has been made, no refunds will be issued.
In the event of a no-show for the reserved class, the class will be charged or due.
In the event of non-payment, a payment request will be sent, and any new registrations will be refused pending payment.

You cancel your event reservation
Our many events, called WORKSHOPS or MASTERCLASSES, are offered in advance so that everyone has time to review them and plan ahead. Their implementation involves numerous costs for MYT: marketing and communication, bank fees, speaker compensation, etc.
Event booking and payment are made exclusively online.
If the student cancels their participation in an event, they may be charged a cancellation fee under the following conditions:
From 7 to 4 days before the event: 50% cancellation fee

From 3 to 0 days before the event: 100% cancellation fee

Cancellations at the initiative of MYT
MYT reserves the right to cancel an event or class for any reason, although we strive to accommodate these exceptional circumstances. MYT cannot be held responsible for any additional expenses you may incur, including travel, transportation, or accommodation costs.
The class or event will be postponed.
Personal Belongings
Please remove your shoes at the entrance. You may store your shoes in the entrance cabinets or in the changing rooms. Your clothes and bags remain in the changing rooms. Your belongings remain your responsibility. A lost and found basket is available at the studio; however, MYT will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of your belongings.
Equipment Available
For hygiene reasons, MYT encourages you to bring your own mat to class. MYT provides you with free supplies (blocks, straps, cushions, etc.). Please do not damage the equipment. MYT reserves the right to charge for replacement equipment in the event of obvious damage.
Please:

Clean the mat used using the product and cloth provided.

Properly store the mat/equipment used.

Media
Any recording of any kind (audio, video, etc.) without the express written permission of MYT is strictly prohibited. When posting photos taken at the studio, the location "Yoga Reims – My Yoga Training MYT" or the citation @myyogatraining must appear.
