At My Yoga Training, there are no levels, just intensities. This way, you choose the practice that suits you in the present moment. Feeling tired, opt for gentle and regenerating yoga. Feeling overflowing with energy, choose dynamic and energetic yoga. Looking for depth and strengthening, opt for an intermediate practice.
Sweet Classes
Nidra
Extremely slow, almost motionless practice improves sleep quality and concentration.
Strengthens the immune system, improves stress and emotional management, and promotes deep regeneration.
Meditation
Mental practice that consists of focusing one's attention on the present moment. Helps reduce stress, anxiety, depression, pain, emotions, develops concentration and attention. Allows one to connect with one's Self.
Yin Restauratif
Nourishes the body while relaxing it, without tension or compression, calms the nervous system, stimulates immunity, and reduces stress. Deep relaxation. Hold postures for 5 to 20 minutes.
Yin
Gentle class focusing on connective tissue, bones, ligaments, joints, and cartilage. Relaxes and stretches. Does not require muscle engagement. Perfect for returning to activity or as a complement to physical exercise.
Stretch
Full-body stretching. Ideal for those looking to achieve even, deep, and lasting full-body flexibility.

Pre-Natal
Designed to support the mother-baby bond throughout pregnancy. Strengthens deep muscles, relieves and soothes period discomfort while preparing the body and mind for childbirth.
Senior
