Prerequisites / Accessibility and Objectives
A regular yoga practice or physical activity is recommended.

Appointed to beginners and advanced practitioners, yoga teachers, those aspiring to become one, or simply those wishing to expand their knowledge.

100% in-person.

Coaching Diploma in Applied Relaxation for Yoga. Upon completion of this training, you will be able to teach yoga. The goal of this training is to find autonomy in your personal practice so that you can practice safely on your own, and it will give you the authority to create, guide, and lead yoga classes and group or individual workshops.

The objective of this training is to provide elements of understanding, reflection, deepening, and experimentation.

Certification / Evaluation method
At the end of these 20 hours, the Yogi will receive a "Training Completion Certificate." Participation in the entire training is mandatory to receive this certificate of participation.
The assessment is conducted in the form of independent questions and answers without any teaching materials. To pass, an 80% correct answer score is required.
