Prerequisites / Accessibility and Objectives
No prerequisites.

Aimed at beginners and advanced practitioners, yoga teachers, those who want to become one, or simply those who wish to expand their knowledge.

100% in-person.

Coach Diploma in Applied Yoga Relaxation. Upon completion of this training, you will be able to teach Yoga Relaxation. The goal of this training is to find autonomy in your personal practice so that you can practice safely on your own, and it will give you the authority to create, guide, and lead yoga relaxation classes and group or individual workshops.

The objective of this training is to provide elements of understanding, reflection, deepening, and experimentation.

The Trainer

Certification / Evaluation Method
At the end of these 20 hours, the Yogi will receive a "Certificate of Completion and Success of the Yoga Alliance International Certified Training." Attendance at the entire training is mandatory to receive this certificate of participation.
The assessment is conducted in the form of independent questions and answers without any teaching materials. To pass, an 80% correct answer score is required.
