The day I encountered yoga…

I didn't encounter yoga in an ashram in India. I encountered it in a moment of collapse . Of doubt. Of exhaustion.
I was losing myself in a lifeless daily routine. A toxic relationship. A destructive work schedule. I had given everything… except to myself.
And then one day, on a mat, in a corner of the room, silence fell. My body started breathing again. My heart too. It was gentle yoga, almost invisible. And yet, everything inside me started moving again.
That's when I realized:
👉 Yoga is not a sport.
👉 It’s a return to oneself , a training to live more freely.
👉 It is a discipline of the soul .
Since that day, I have never left him.
And for 10 years, I've been teaching what I've received, transformed, and experienced. Because yes: yoga literally saved me.
✨ Why rigor and discipline are essential
I know that word— discipline —can be scary. But in yoga, it's not a constraint. It's an act of love .
Regularity in your practice is what allows you to go deep. This is where transformation is born. Not in the spectacular, but in the repetitive, the sincere, the everyday .
It's not the perfect session that changes a life, it's the consistency of your presence to yourself.
🔑 My strategy for practicing every day WITHOUT forcing yourself (even when you're exhausted)
🌱 1. Agree to do little, but well. Even 10 minutes of breathing or movement each day has immense power .
🧘♀️ 2. Prepare your space. A rug always unrolled in your home. A corner of your own. A sacred landmark.
📅 3. Make the practice accessible. Thanks to my My Yoga Training Online platform , you can practice:
at your own pace
at your place
when you want to
Depending on your energy of the day, you choose your duration, your style, your teacher. No obligations, just support .
📌 4. Create your ritual. Choose a fixed time in your day (morning before coffee, evening before dinner). Your body will get used to it, and it will become as natural as brushing your teeth .
💖 5. Let go of perfection. You're not here to perform, but to reconnect . Even on days of fatigue or doubt, there's always a practice that can welcome you. And it's right there on the platform, just a click away.
🕊️ Yoga is not a break in your life.
It is a path to freedom .
And you can begin this path today , with gentleness, consistency and a lot of heart.
